Cancel the contract
Here’s how online cancellation works—step by step:
Since you are logged into your customer account, our system automatically recognizes your information. You can therefore submit your cancellation in just a few seconds:
- Select an order: You’ll immediately see an overview of your recent orders. Simply click to select the order you’d like to cancel.
- Select products: Please click to confirm “I would like to select specific items for return.” Our system will now display the items from the selected order. Simply check the boxes next to the products you wish to return (partial return). If you want to return everything, select the entire order.
- Submit: Click the “Confirm Revocation” button to complete the process in a legally binding manner.
What happens next?
- Confirmation: You will immediately receive a confirmation on the website as well as a copy of your cancellation notice via email.
- Returns: Pack the merchandise carefully and send it back to us. (Optional: Include a note here indicating whether the customer will receive a shipping label or will be responsible for the return shipping costs.)
- Refund: As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your money within a few days via the original payment method.
