What happens when the nervous system is permanently under tension?

they are neurophysiologically overloaded.

Chronic stress activates the autonomic nervous system, the sympathetic nervous system dominates, the HPA axis works in continuous operation.
The result: inner restlessness, exhaustion, anxiety or depressive states.

In this workshop, we will examine the connections between:

• Autonomic and central nervous system
• HPA axis, adrenal glands and stress regulation
• Trauma imprints and stored stress reactions
• Hypothalamus, pituitary gland and primary emotional imprints from METAVITAL technology

METAVITAL technology reveals where neurovegetative imbalances and psycho-emotional stresses exist.

Another focus is the understanding of emotional frequency states – inspired by David R. Hawkins ‘ scale of consciousness (“Power vs. Force”).
Why do some people remain in fear or depression – and how can they make the transition to courage, stability and inner strength?

We talk about thought training to consciously change old beliefs and the gradual reorientation of inner patterns.

In addition, participants will learn an evidence-based regulation exercise from the HeartMath Institute that can harmonize the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems within a few minutes – from stress to coherence and flow.

The aim is to understand anxiety and depressive states not only psychologically, but also neurobiologically – and to show concrete ways of self-regulation and inner stabilization.

Because when the psyche is no longer “under power”,
there is room for clarity and conscious self-management.
