Allergies don't start in spring

Why January is the real starting point immunologically

Many allergies are only noticed when the nose runs, the skin itches or the bronchial tubes react. Therapeutically, however, the allergy begins months earlier - right now. January is the month in which it is decided whether the immune system will regulate or overreact in the coming year. What is often overlooked clinically: Allergies are not "false reactions", but chronically trained overreaction patterns of the immune system. And these patterns do not develop seasonally - they develop structurally.

1. allergies are stored immune experiences

From an immunological point of view, an allergy is not an acute reaction to pollen or food, but the result of a permanent miscalibration between recognition and regulation.

The immune system no longer makes a clear distinction between:

real danger

harmless environmental stimuli

the body's own structures

In the METAVITAL system, this miscalibration becomes particularly clear on the sectional images of the spleen, lymph follicles and lymph nodes. This shows whether the system:

overreacts (indications of: allergies, autoimmune tendencies)

or chronically "stuck on alert" (especially pathogens such as Lyme disease, herpes viruses in general, EBV, cytomegalovirus, etc.).

blocked (many pathologies visible on the spleen)

These cross-sectional images are particularly informative in January because the immune system is not “covered” by an acute pollen load, but shows its basic condition.

2. why allergies have increased since COVID-19

Since 2020, many therapists have observed a clear phenomenon:

Allergies are becoming more frequent, less specific and more aggressive - often even in people without a classic allergy history. Spike proteins are a key factor here.

Spike proteins do not act immunologically like classic pathogens, but like permanent stimulators:

they bind to immune cells

they change surface receptors

they shift the balance between TH1 and TH2 responses

they trigger mast cell activity

In the METAVITAL system, these processes can be specifically visualized via:

the "Spike proteins" register

Chronic activation of the immune system (sectional images of the spleen)

Accompanying resonances in the vascular and lymphatic system (sectional images of the vessels and lymph - lymph vessels and lymph nodes)

Important: Spike proteins rarely cause isolated symptoms. They reinforce existing weak points - and this is precisely where allergies arise.

3. the role of chronic pathogens

Another aspect that is often overlooked:

Many allergies are not primarily allergic - but secondary immunological.

Chronic pathogens such as:

viral persistence

Bacteria

Fungal contamination

keep the immune system permanently activated. In this state, it loses its ability to differentiate. Harmless things become dangerous - and harmless stimuli trigger massive reactions.

This is very clear in the METAVITAL system:

via the microorganism register

about disease tendencies

via recurring resonances in the spleen, intestines, mucous membranes and respiratory tract

Allergies do not develop "against something", but from exhaustion and overstraining of the immune system.

4 Why January is the most important month

In January, the immune system:

M Ikon für Menü

Usually no longer extremely acutely infection-triggered

M Ikon für Menü

Not yet seasonally overstimulated

M Ikon für Menü

Structurally open to reorganization

This is what makes this month so valuable for frequency diagnostics.

Now we can see:

whether the system can regulate

where overreactions are prepared

Which chronic triggers are running in the background (pathogens)

whether spike proteins are still active

Anyone working on the above-mentioned cross-sectional images, in the spike protein register and with chronic pathogens is not intervening symptomatically - but really causally.

5 Allergies are year-round phenomena

The classic idea of an "allergy season" has been outdated since 2020 at the latest. A dysregulated immune system reacts all year round to food (food pollution register), environmental substances (pollution register, e-smog and elemental pollution), stress, hormone fluctuations and infections.

METAVITAL enables a new therapeutic approach:

We should not suppress allergies, but gently modulate the immune system. And always focus on the immunological dysregulation and regulate it step by step.

Conclusion

Allergies do not start in spring.

They start where the immune system loses track.

January is the month when these processes first become clearly visible - before they explode clinically. Working now not only prevents symptoms, but also changes the immunological baseline for the entire year.
